Terms of service

By using agent gateway you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

The service

Agent gateway lets AI agents you choose call services you've connected (such as GitHub, Google and Slack) on your behalf, checked against your rules and an automated classifier, with some requests sent to you for approval. It is an early-stage service, provided as is; features may change or be discontinued.

Your account and connections

You are responsible for your agents

Agents act on your behalf, with your connected accounts. The gateway's rules, classifier and approvals reduce risk but cannot guarantee that an agent will only do what you intend; automated decisions can be wrong. You are responsible for the agents you authorize, the rules you set, the requests you approve, and the results of actions taken through your accounts, including compliance with the terms of the services you connect.

Acceptable use

Don't use the gateway to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, access accounts or data you're not authorized to, attack or probe systems you don't own, interfere with the service, or get around its limits or security.

Third-party services

Connected services and AI providers are operated by others under their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and their availability can affect the gateway.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or puts the service or others at risk. You may stop at any time; see the privacy policy for deleting your data.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes go to the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California.
